6. Delivery

– UK: 2-5 working days via Carrier. International: Quoted at checkout, subject to location.
– Risk transfers to Carrier on dispatch. Inspect on receipt; we are not liable for Carrier issues unless negligent.

International Customers
If Goods are ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival. Pepita Coffee Ltd is not responsible for these charges and does not calculate or estimate them. Contact your local customs authorities for details on costs and procedures. As the importer, you must comply with your country’s import laws. Goods may be inspected at customs, and packaging may show signs of tampering. Shipping costs exclude these fees.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights (UK)

– 14-day cooling-off for unopened/sealed perishable Goods (e.g., coffee).
– Faulty/defective: 30-day return for refund/replacement under Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact order@pepitacoffee.co.uk for authorisation.
– Customer pays return shipping unless our fault. International returns subject to additional fees/duties.

8. Liability and Limitations

– Liability limited to price paid for the Goods. No liability for indirect/consequential loss.
